snow angelI’m like you.  Busy all the time, on-the-go, pulled in a million different directions.  But like you too, working out, or just moving somehow, is important to me, so I'm always looking for different ways to work out.

I can tell when I haven’t been active in forever.  My body feels like sludge, and of course, nothing fits.  Yet I get tired of typical workout routines.  Some I love, even after years of doing them, but others just bore me, and if I don’t find something new, I’ll just do nothing instead.

The one surefire way I’ve found to make working out not seem like working out is by incorporating exercise into my day.  It’s my favorite way to exercise, and doesn’t even feel like exercise at all!  There are some workouts that I think are important that work on way more than just body image, like T Tapp.  And then there are those that are more for vanity (think pole dancing class).

Despite what you might think, [bctt tweet=”it’s not as hard as you think to make exercise a part of your day, no matter how busy you are.”] Here are some of my best tips to making exercise feel like a natural part of your day and not set you up for failure if you don't have time to do a 30-minute workout on your DVR. 

There are so many more ways to work out without working out too, like raking leaves, shoveling snow, walking your dog, or painting.  The list is endless!  The point is, just do something.  Finding ways to exercise without actually exercising makes working out less of a chore, way more fun and is guaranteed to get you great results!
