These cookies are amongst my absolute favorite cookies – ever!  I've made them for parties, holidays, and even just me!

I personally love matcha for its antioxidant superpowers, plus it's incredibly energizing and it's an excellent fat burner too, but not necessarily in cookie form 🙂

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  
  2. Mix almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add butter, egg, vanilla, milk, matcha, and chocolate chips.
  4. Form into cookies on non-stick pan.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.

Yields: 1 dozen.
