The perfect fall smoothie. It's pumpkin pie in a glass!
Note: Try adding raw cacao powder for extra indulgence!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c pumpkin puree
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or according to taste
- 1 c non-dairy milk alternative, i.e. almond milk
- 1 scoop French Vanilla protein powder. (I like Vega One).
Prep:
Add all ingredients together in a high-powered blender until smooth. Enjoy!
