It should come as no surprise to you that our country is in a state of unrest. Protesting, mass shootings and senseless killings seem to be the new norm. Every week, almost every day, there’s news of a mass shooting somewhere, and I have to say, in all my 48 years, it’s never been like this before.
Yet, while horrific and shocking, much of it doesn't really surprise me either.
I’ve said for years the overuse of pharmaceuticals is on the rise, and not in a good way. Drug ads on tv for “diseases” as ridiculous as crying or laughing too hard, or the mandatory use of vaccines is, contrary to some people’s opinion, merely a push to make people brain dead and less aware of what’s really going on, not to mention cause the very diseases they purportedly prevent.
The United States is the only country where GMO’s are not only legal, and endowed with full faith and backing by our government, but also manufactured, yet there’s a reason other countries prohibit them. Think about it. It’s not because they’re good for them. It’s because they’re BAD for them. And they know it.
For centuries now, holistic medicine has been vilified, made out to be quackery or voodoo, forcing many highly trained and qualified practitioners to practically practice in back alleys (the way it was done years ago, and unfortunately, is still like that today) in order to prevent the possibility of going to jail for merely using natural cures to save people’s lives. It’s ludicrous. Moreover, modern healthcare is neither inclusive of it, nor does it hold it in the same esteem as science, using it’s federally backed clout to further their agenda of more medicine, more surgery, more hospitals and more doctors.
Yet more and more people than ever are sick and dying.
Our healthcare system produces the highest infant mortality rate and Caesarian section, and last I checked, according to WHO, we rank 47th worldwide in overall quality, yet we pay the most for it. Every day someone new is diagnosed with cancer, diabetes, hypertension and heart disease, or any other life-threatening, incurable condition, while all the while we’re constantly pumped to donate money to find a cure, yet no cures seem to be found.
Hmm. To rely on my English-major background, there’s something rotten in the state of Denmark.
While there are definitely times I am outraged, and have suffered many sleepless nights over the events of today’s world, even as recently as within the last few weeks, there is one thing I can count on that without fail works every time.
I am someone who practices what they preach. My blog posts and videos aren’t just rhetoric to try and make money. What I endorse, I do myself, and I believe in wholeheartedly, whether anyone else believes in it or not. The whole reason I do this work in the first place is because it worked for me, first.
Thankfully, along the way, I was also enlightened, in ways beyond that which I ever expected.
When I first set out to build my business back in 2009, I just wanted to teach nutrition. It was the first time I’d learned about GMO’s and their dangers, and four years prior to that, I’d been introduced to natural health. I was stunned it even existed, because I’d never even heard of it before, yet I was instantly smitten, and soon enough realized it was what I’d been looking for all along.
But, I was downright pissed too.
Why was it suppressed? Why didn’t more people know about it? Why, when I went to my doctor 20 years earlier, complaining of anxiety, depression, and uncontrollable fits of tears from the stress at work, did he not share with me the miracles of essential oils, all-natural enzymes, detoxing, natural sweeteners, or simply the power of gratitude?
Of course by now I know that the truth is, none of those things are patentable, therefore far less income-producing than drugs. While the FDA may have started out with good intentions, they’ve fallen far off track, sadly at the risk of people dying no less.
Which brings me to my point. How it’s easy for me to discern truth in a world gone mad. It’s as simple as this. I take no drugs, for any reason, unless absolutely necessary, which gives me clearheaded thinking. I detox often, which helps me think straight too. I take enzymes, which has a direct impact on brain chemistry. I use essential oils, another highly effective way to rid myself of stinking thinking. I stay off toxic substances like gluten, dairy, sugar, and pork, and I use mostly organic products and eat mostly organic foods.
And I pray.
Now, I know I’m not alone when it comes to prayer. Literally hundreds of millions of people pray, every day, yet in a sense, they’re hypocrites, because if they truly believed in the word of God, they wouldn’t be so afraid of everything that’s going on around them. FYI: God works through faith not fear.
You can’t claim to know God, and live a fear-based life, for if you truly did, you’d never be afraid, other than those times when fear is the exact feeling you should be feeling, for example, in a life-threatening situation. But that’s not what I’m talking about here.
I’m referring to fear of poverty, or criticism, or dying, or illness. That’s nothing but scarcity and lack-based thinking, when the truth is, the world is truly abundant, we’re just not taught that. To the contrary, people are so afraid any one of those things will happen to them that it drives them to constantly work toward preventing them. But the irony is, they still happen. Even to good people.
Because of their fears.
If you’ve ever heard the saying “what you resist persists,” that’s why. If you’re focused on it, you’re creating it, and if you’re afraid of it, you’re focused on it. There’s no two ways around it. You have to find a way to break your focus and redirect it, and I’m not talking about conscious thinking. I’m talking about subconscious thinking. The thinking that directs your every thought every minute of every day.
I used to be like that, so I’m speaking from firsthand experience. I was so afraid of going broke that I went broke so many times I eventually stopped being afraid of going broke because going broke became so commonplace and happened so often that I just became desensitized to it. I was afraid the love of my life would leave me, and he did. I constantly worried that I’d be laid off from work years ago, and therefore, I was.
Therefore, step one to recognizing truth is to not live in fear, especially fear of what you don’t want to happen happening. I help my clients break this subconscious habit through NLP, which is what did it for me too. From there, get off meds. No, I’m not a doctor, so that part I can’t help you with, but I can tell you to do it, quick, if you can live without them (which many people can, regardless of what they may think, especially when they focus on food more than meds).
Next, fix your gut. I can’t stress this enough. Poor gut health effects your brain and how you think. I figured this out when I first got into the field I’m in now and started studying the correlation between gut function and how it impacts your brain chemistry, or in other words, how you think. It’s non-negotiable. Do it now, and the best way to do it is with enzyme nutrition therapy.
Use essential oils. I use them every day, because they truly curb unruly emotions, like anger, fear, worry, and doubt, that would otherwise rule my life and make things worse. I lived a fear-based life long enough to know it’s a sham. There’s no truth to it. If you fear anything, fear fear itself.
If you’ve never tried detoxing, or have limited knowledge or experience with it, it’s time to get on board. Detoxing alone will help you come to a more enlightened understanding and make discernment much easier. Nothing in and of itself is ever 100%, but detoxing stands apart from everything else when it comes to its ability to help you decipher fact from fiction. I’ve tried hundreds of different detoxes over the years. It’s a practice I won’t live without.
Go organic, and stop bitching about it. First off, the green movement isn’t entirely based on profit. In fact, organic farmers are subject to much more stringent regulations and requirements than non-organic farmers, which cost them way more money, which explains the massive cost difference in organic versus non-organic food. But it’s worth it. Chemicals and pesticides are toxic, and when you eat them, they become you. They retard growth in kids, are responsible for the mass explosion of diseases like cancer, cause inflammation, over-intoxication, and without question, effect how you think.
Do yourself a favor and start investing in the quality of your food.
Lastly, whether you’re allergic to them or not, quit eating gluten, dairy, sugar, and pork, and only use natural sweeteners. These foods are amongst the worst offenders when it comes to not just morality, but being able to know with certainty what’s true and what’s not. Gluten is of the most toxic of all, having the ability to attach itself to your pineal gland, or third eye, making spiritual or divine intervention nearly impossible. Sugar and dairy cause inflammation too, and sugar specifically can send your emotions skyrocketing from one extreme to the next, making it difficult to ground yourself and maintain any sense of calm.
I go with my gut, with everything, as should you. You might read this and think I’m nuts, or it just might get through to you. Either way, this really isn’t a time to point fingers. It’s time to arm yourself with as much knowledge and know-how you can possibly get your hands on, because you’re going to need it.
The future of our country is in our hands. It’s time for an uprising, not through violence, but rather truth. Align yourself with people by discernment, which can only be acquired by cleansing yourself of toxic foods, toxic chemicals, toxic meds, and toxic thoughts.
There is only one truth, and that truth is, God works through faith not fear. If you’re afraid, it’s not God, but you’ll be much more susceptible and vulnerable to that which isn’t either. Whatever amount of money it costs you is nothing compared to the sacrifices you’ll make if you ignore the signs that are right in front of you.
I have no doubt that the US will pull through, and that our country will be greater than ever, but until then, we’re tasked with facing the reality of how things are today, which comes down to one thing. Our people. You and me. And our beliefs, our ability to trust, and our faith in ourselves and a power greater than us to guide us.
Make no mistake. You read this for a reason. I see so many people around me struggling. I see them afraid, but it has to stop. Simply put, it's time to get to work. And I can help.
