Chocolate mousseA creamy non-dairy version of a classic – chocolate mousse!

Directions:

Blend agave, vanilla, and cocoa until well mixed.  Crumble avocado and add to food processor or blender until smooth and blended well. Serve with strawberries.  

Yield: 2-3 servings
