You can still eat&nbsp;a tasty gluten-free meal that consists of meat, fish, rice, and most importantly, fruits and vegetables, and add gluten-free bread, cake or&nbsp;cookies to spice it up.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\tLastly, read&nbsp;labels!
