Melt the coconut oil by placing jar under hot water or spoon into saucepan and melt over a low flame. When the oil turns to a liquid, pour it into a medium bowl. Then slowly whisk in the peanut butter until smooth. Whisk in vanilla, cinnamon, Liquid Stevia, Stevia Powder, and agave nectar one at a time. Next, slowly stir in the carob and cocoa powder 1 spoonful at a time. Add the almond meal, hemp seeds, and coconut one at a time, sprinkling evenly as you go. The batter should run off the spoon easily, but should not be too runny.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tFor filling: In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter and agave until smooth with a spatula. It’s best to use a thick peanut butter. Spoon prepared chocolate\/carob batter into cupcake papers until 1\/3 filled. Then spoon in a ½ tsp of the peanut butter filling on top. Pour the chocolate\/carob batter over the peanut butter, leaving space at the top of the paper liner. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes.
